With Bill Pay you can pay virtually any company or person in the U.S. - your credit card company, electricity bill, cable bill, or dentist or a lump sum payment.   You can even use Bill Pay to send money to friends and family. Bill Pay is easy and flexible, and you're in control

Here's how to get started:

1.Set up your payee. Your SAP Bank credit card or loans are already set up for you as payees when you enroll. To set up your other payees, you'll need your bill to find the company address and your account number. For your convenience, we've already entered data for hundreds of payees. We'll also save all your information so you don't have to re-enter it next time.

2.Schedule your payment. Tell us the amount you want to pay, and when you want the money to be taken out of your SAP Bank checking account. We'll let you know how much time to allow for each payee - it's usually up to three to five business days before you want the money to get there.

3.Your payment is sent. We deduct the money from your account and send it to the appropriate party, exactly as you instructed. If you choose, we'll send you an email confirming that the payment has been sent.

You can also use Bill Pay to keep track of your payment history, so you can look back a full year to monitor how much and when you paid each of your payees.

Choose to set up automatic payments

If your bill is the same amount each month, you can make the whole process work automatically if you want. Tell us the payment amount and frequency, and we'll take care of it.

You can even make automatic payments when the amount due varies each month, if you set up your payee as an eBill (electronic version of your paper bill) in Bill Pay. We follow the rules that you set up - choose to pay the full amount, the minimum amount, or a sum you choose.
