What is your return policy?

Purchases made on the TravisMathew website (www.travismathew.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number within 30 days from the date the product is received by TravisMathew. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. We offer free returns to TM Rewards members in store or online within 30 days of the delivery date. 

To create a return online, complete the steps below:

  1. Visit our returns page: https://www.travismathew.com/return/return-exchange
  2. If you have a TM Rewards account, sign in. If not, enter your order number and email address.
  3. Once you’re signed in, you’ll find the instructions for selecting the items you want to return, printing your shipping labels, packing your items and finding a shipping outlet that’s close to you.

Important: Once your return request has been successfully submitted to us, a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will appear on the screen. You’ll need that number to track your return. Jot it down below so you have it handy.

Note: We are unable to process refunds online for orders place in store. If you would like to complete a return from a purchase made at a one of our retail stores, please call 1-877-969-1952 or email onlinesupport@travismathew.com. We do not process exchanges for purchases online or in-store. Gift cards are non-refundable. All product is subject to an inspection.
