This section provides an overview of the process steps and related forms to provide customers with a credit limit increase request.
1. Please direct your customer to this website: https://powertools.gdm-sgws.usdemo.h...support-ticket
2. Have your customer fill out the middle "Credit Limit Request" form and click "submit".
3. The form will automatically be routed to the Credit Department queue.
4. If/when the customer is approved you will be notified of the change, and the sales consultant will also be notified.
