1. How to process account balance updates using the self service customer portal:


STEP 1 - Login to the customer portal and select Account Services

STEP 2 - Within Account Services, select 'Top Up Account Balance'

STEP 3 - Add value to top-up account and press CONFIRM (your existing card will be debited)
