If you are registered to MyAccount, it's quick and simple to submit and manage your meter readings ongoing. Register or log in here - Online
If you have your account number and postcode, you can submit your current electricity and/or gas meter reading online, using the link below - Smart Phone app
Short of time? Take a photo of your meter reading and send it to us. Download ‘EDF Energy’ for iPhone at the App Store and for Android go to Google Play - Telephone
You can tell us your meter reading by using our 24-hour automated service on 0800 096 7361 Please have your account number to hand.
If you are in the process of switching supplier and are unable to submit your meter reading online, call us on 0800 096 2255. We're open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
