If you're traveling with a registered guide or assistance dog, we'll be happy to welcome them on board with you. Your dog just needs to have been trained by an organization that's affiliated to or a member of one of the following:
• Assistance Dogs (UK)
• The International Guide Dog Federation
• Assistance Dogs International
Unfortunately emotional support dogs and other animals aren't allowed to travel on Eurostar.
Eurostar trains aren't designed to carry even small animals and so while it's a shame not to be able to take your four-legged friends with you, we believe it's in the best interest of pets, their owners and other passengers not to allow them on board.
Eurotunnel and several cross-Channel ferry companies are part of the Pet Travel Scheme and if you're traveling in a car, can offer a more practical way of taking a pet with you.
