The first thing we would suggest is that the receiver guide rail screws may be a bit too tight.  If these have been tightened down too snugly, then the rails inside the bolt body will have a slight curve to them instead of being straight. This will cause the bolt to drag too slowly to reliably feed from the magazine. 

Take the gun from the stock and ensure that the two screw heads in the back of the receiver are not screwed in enough that the screw heads are sunk into the receiver.  The heads should just be flush with the receiver.  If these are too far in, then back them out until they are just flush, and this should solve your feeding issue.  If not, please let us know, and we can replace the factory magazine for you to see if it is a defective magazine problem.
