Overview

How to troubleshoot issues with the new DYMO displays for the Staples end caps.

Can not get the lights to turn on or the animations to work

These are the steps to resolve the problem. They can generally be fixed in one of three ways;

Ensure that there are 6 D batteries inserted in the back of the display under the battery cover
Ensure the wires connecting the lights to the battery pack are connected correctly (ie: red wire with red connector and blue wire with blue connector)
Ensure wires for the animated arms are connected to the battery pack correctly (ie: orange wire with orange connector and green wire with green connector)
