The TV L subscription service and Internet is not working.
To resolve the issue, follow the steps in this section.
Step 1. Check to make sure the Fiberlink 1000 modem has power and it is on.
Step 2. If power is on check to see if all the indicators have green lights.
Step 3. If any of the indicators has a red light then reset the Fiberlink 1000
Step 4. If service is not restored then contact Customer Care and schedule a service appointment.
