Superdry Zip Issue

Overview

Superdry have identified an issue with the zips on the newest model of the Japan Jacket range.

Symptoms

On some of the jackets when you try to move the zip up and down the track it gets stuck in the material and will not move. 

Resolution

These are the steps to resolve the problem. Describe fixes for known errors and give error recovery steps. Offer actions to correct the problem. 

1. Define where the zip is caught in the material.
2. Turn the jacket inside out
3. Remove the material from the inside of the zipper.
