While the SnugRide is durable baby seat, components of the seat will fail both to inappropriate usage as normal wear and tear. The following is the proceedure to handle a parts replacement inquiry for the SnugRide
If the inquiry is due to normal wear and tear, determine which component has been damaged. The following are replaceable components:
All other parts are not replaceable.
If the consumer has purchased the seat less than 1 year from the purchase date, instruct the consumer to send a proof of purchase by sending a copy or picture of the receipt.
Once a receipt has been received then, issue the consumer a RMA.
