Proceedure for Replaceable Components for SnugRide

Audience- Internal Only


While the SnugRide is durable baby seat, components of the seat will fail both to inappropriate usage as normal wear and tear. The following is the proceedure to handle a parts replacement inquiry for the SnugRide

First Step

If the inquiry is in response to an injury, instruct the consumer to immediately contact the call center with the priority line at 800-VIP-HELP

Second Step

If the inquiry is due to normal wear and tear, determine which component has been damaged. The following are replaceable components:

  • Cushion
  • Head Rest
  • Canopy
  • Base

All other parts are not replaceable.

If the consumer has purchased the seat less than 1 year from the purchase date, instruct the consumer to send a proof of purchase by sending a copy or picture of the receipt.

Third Step

Once a receipt has been received then, issue the consumer a RMA.
