The Customer Response Centre (CRC) ensures a single point of contact, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for all routine, critical and AOG operator requests. The CRC team rapidly and effectively handles requests to return your aircraft to service. The CRC includes representatives from In-Service Engineering, Technical Publications, Supplier Liaison and Parts Logistics.

In-Service Engineering and Technical Help Desk

Our In-Service Engineering and Technical Help Desk team, an integral part of our CRCs are the primary focus for all operator technical requests. All day, every day, we deliver prompt, responsive solutions to day-to-day technical issues.

Our Mobile Repair Team performs in-field repairs and rapidly returns aircraft to revenue service. We provide our operators with aircraft structures and systems support for all required major modifications.

Technical Steering Committee (TSC)

Through the Technical Steering Committee (TSC), we work with our operators to prioritize and develop action plans for key in-service issues. The TSC meets twice a year and is co-chaired by operators and Bombardier Commercial Aircraft.

Entry-into-Service (EIS)

From the signing of the agreement, through the delivery of the aircraft and into the first months of revenue service, this dedicated team provides a comprehensive level of support through enhanced project management and monitoring of our performance.

Start-up Support

Your Start-up Support team is customized to meet your needs and offers both flight and maintenance support. This team provides advice and critical aircraft technical knowledge, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful entry into service launch.

Field Services

Our regional and area field service representatives (FSRs) deliver 24/7 first-line technical and troubleshooting assistance, on location or on call, worldwide. FSRs help expedite needed parts and obtain technical or procedural information.

Fleet Services

Our Fleet Services project managers play a key role in our customer support technical teams. They oversee your aircraft’s:

  • Configuration
  • Completion
  • Modification
  • Repairs
