FAA Retirement Benefits

Overview

If you're an FAA employee approaching 25 years of service with the agency, and you're interested in finding out more information regarding your eligible benefits, please find the instructions below to contact the Benefits Operations Center.

Resolution

In order to determine your Retirement Benefits, please choose one of the following options:

Option 1 (preferred):

1. Log into Employee Central with your login credentials.
2. Access the 'Ask HR' link under the 'Quick Links' section.
3. User the 'Crete Ticket' button to open a ticket with HR.
