After receiving an online order, the items are damaged or having a wrong status.

Resolution

You want your product to be replaced or repaired. In order to do it, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send us a picture of the item at service@clicks.co.za
  2. A ticket will be created and you will be notified of its resolution in the following 3-5 days.
