Regardless of how you purchased your product from us, it can be returned to your local Currys store. You can find your nearest store here .

An unwanted product can be returned within 21 days of delivery as long as it's still in original, unopened packaging.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.
We cannot return unwanted items after 21 days of purchase, nor can we return items that have been used.
In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned open so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.
Items delivered direct from the Manufacturer cannot be returned to one of our stores.

Faulty products - read more
It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.
You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 21 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Damaged products - read more
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you can return the product to one of our stores within 48 hours of delivery.
If you cannot make it back to store or in the case of large items such as white goods, please call our Knowhow contact centre on 0344 561 1234 to arrange collection.

Please call the Knowhow contact centre on 0344 561 1234 to arrange collection. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
You can also arrange the return online:
- Sign into your account on currys.co.uk and access 'My account'.
- Select the link in the menu to 'Ask a question'.
- In the drop down menu, select 'Product support, returns & after-care service' and select the reason for our return.
- Select the correct order number and complete the comments field.
- Once we have received your information we will be in touch to arrange your return.

- Call our contact centre on 0344 561 1234 and depending on the product, we may be able to help solve the problem over the phone.

To arrange a return/repair online, please follow these directions:
- Sign in on Currys.co.uk to access your account area.
- Select the link in the menu to ask a question.
- Under the dropdown menu select 'Product support, returns & after-care service' and then the select the reason for your return.
- Select the order number related to the return and complete the comments field.
- Select the relevant option regarding your products age and submit the form.
Once we have received your form, we will be in touch to arrange your return or repair.

Damaged products - read more
If you receive a damaged product, please call our contact centre within 48 hours of delivery on 0344 561 1234 . We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
Collection/exchange of the damaged item is free.

Cancelling an online order - read more
If you decide to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call 0344 561 1234 to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling or click here to download an order cancellation form..
Alternatively, you can cancel your order online:
- Sign in on currys.co.uk to access your account area.
- Select the link in the menu to 'Ask a question'.
- Click the dropdown menu and select 'Cancellations & refunds.'
- Select 'I would like to cancel all or part of my order.'
- Tell us the product you wish to cancel and click 'Submit.'
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please call the Knowhow contact centre on 0344 561 1234 to discuss an exchange or refund.
Cancelling an online or phone order cannot be processed in store.
